Who We Serve

Assisted Living Communities

Assisted Living is a type of housing designed for people who need various levels of medical and personal care. Living spaces can be individual rooms or shared quarters. The facilities generally provide a home-like setting and are physically designed to promote the resident's independence. Services are offered to assist residents with daily living.

Assisted Living Executives will be required to be state certified, accredited, and qualified in the areas of critical business decisions while keeping the residents daily needs as highest priority.

Independent Living Communities

Independent living is simply any housing arrangement designed exclusively for older adults, generally those aged 55 and over. Housing varies widely, from apartment-style living to single-family detached homes. In general, the housing is friendlier to aging adults, often being more compact, with easier navigation and no maintenance or yard work to worry about.

Unique skills and personality attributes are key traits to manage the ever-changing needs of Independent Living Communities. The expertise of the management is deeply probed and reviewed by the Prodigy recruiters. Our staff looks for 7-10 years of senior care experience for these unique executive leaders.

Skilled Nursing Facilities

Unlike other Assisted or Independent Living Communities, the focus relies primarily on nursing and medical care at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Those in administration roles must be able to handle medical responsibility and customer satisfaction. Leadership is also responsible for staff development, financial accountability, quality assurance, dietary and social services at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Specialty Hospitals

Specialty hospitals offer focused services to treat medical conditions that require a particular subset of skills and technology. ... They have existed in various forms for many years as children's hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, eye and ear hospitals, arthritis hospitals, and others.

Passionate and talented internal team members and clinicians are needed to address Specialty Hospital needs. Starting the day you apply, we’ll help you navigate each step of the process. Whether you seek a position close to home or across the country, our team members will become your staunch advocates, confidants and friends.

Memory Care

As the elderly population continues to grow, the prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia is also rising. The Alzheimer’s Association reports that in 2020 more than 5.8 million people in the U.S. were living with Alzheimer’s and this number could increase to 14 million by 2050. More than 16 million Americans provide unpaid care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia, though doing so becomes more challenging and potentially dangerous as the condition progresses.

Placing experienced and skilled candidates for Memory Care Communities can be very challenging. And just as important, is having an experienced Senior Living Recruiter on your team. Vetting and qualifying the right talent for this role takes patience and dedication looking through hundreds of resumes. Prodigy Recruiters has several partners across the US to aid and assist them in ascertaining the right person for the right role.

Here is What People Are Saying About Prodigy

Working with Prodigy Healthcare Services has been a smooth process. From the outset on my first call, I could definitely tell my recruiter had a high success rate in placing executives in Senior Living. The focus and detailed questions on finding a candidate to establish community-specific greeting processes to build rapport with new residents and the domain expertise to execute community vision, mission, and strategy was impressive. I’m grateful for the long hours and daily communications she put in to keep me updated and relevant for the search.

Chief Operations Officer Placement

It’s refreshing to work with a recruiting team that truly understands the importance of in-take questions with the Hiring Manager. Prodigy’s recruiter had obviously taken the time to understand what the Hiring Manager for this community truly wanted. Once I understood the often times vague and not discussed “Needs Analysis” I felt very prepared and compatible for the executive search placement. Thank you to my Prodigy recruiter, your guidance and senior living expertise was superb!
